How long have you been involved in aviation education? 2 years What’s your favorite part of what you do in aviation education? Seeing students pass checkrides and make good decisions. What’s your least favorite part of what you do in aviation education? Paperwork, necessary, but painful. Why did you join SAFE? A desire to be a better CFI. What would you like to see change in aviation? Better judgment. Any suggestions on how the above might be accomplished? Higher standards for CFI’s and less incentive for guys jumping to the airlines to use it as a stepping stone only. |
